Workshops

Transform Your Work-Life Dynamic

Three Core Principles

In these workshops, we will bridge the false divide between productivity and wellbeing, creating sustainable approaches to work-life alignment built on:

  1. Deep Listening. We are so busy, we often don’t take the time to deeply listen to ourselves and others. These workshops create that space and start from a place of curiosity and respect around our lived experiences.

  2. Community Connection. Join others seeking sustainable solutions. Share experiences and design new approaches to managing time and energy.

  3.  Evidence-Based Strategies. Learn curated methods that combine proven productivity tools with wellbeing practices. Work efficiently to maximize your "off the clock" time. We’ll use design thinking methodology to test and iterate on approaches to fit our lives.

My Approach

The current debate is between maximizing productivity at all costs and rejecting productivity tools entirely. Neither extreme works. Having navigated academia, entrepreneurship, parenting, and chronic health challenges, I focus on pragmatic solutions: using productivity strategies thoughtfully to create more space for life, not less.

These workshops are interactive and participatory, you will be doing activities working in pairs and small groups!

Who These Workshops Are For

Workshops may be tailored a particular groups, or overlapping categories of these groups:

  • Academics Drawing from firsthand experience in academia, I understand the unique challenges of balancing research, teaching, service, and personal life. These workshops address the specific pressures of academia.

  • Solopreneurs As a fellow entrepreneur, I know the struggle well. Learn strategies for sustainable growth and building efficient processes without sacrificing personal wellbeing.

  • High Achievers — Designed for ambitious professionals in the corporate and non-profit world who are feeling stretched thin. Transform perfectionism and overachievement into sustainable success without burning out.

  • Caregivers & Parents — I specialize in supporting those juggling professional ambitions with caregiving responsibilities. These workshops acknowledge the complex reality of caring for others while maintaining your own wellbeing.

  • Managing Chronic Health Conditions Living with health challenges shouldn't mean compromising on professional and personal fulfillment. The strategies we work on are adaptable to various energy levels and physical needs.

Inclusive by Design

All workshops are structured to welcome neurodivergent participants and those with varying physical, psychological, and sensory needs. I provide multiple ways to engage and flexible scheduling options.

I also offer 2 full scholarship spots in each of my workshops geared towards individuals. Applications for the full scholarship will be made available and publicized in advance of each workshop.
